The process of obtaining a loan from Greenbrier Pawn is easy, dignified and painless. Most loans take less than 5 minutes.

Loans are based on collateral such as; Rolex watches, Gold Jewelry, Diamonds, Laptops, and high-end musical instruments. Really anything of value.

We grant very small to very large loans. We will evaluate your jewelry or other merchandise and once we agree on a loan amount you will have the cash in hand in a matter of minutes. The loan will mature in one month. At that time you have three options:

1. first, you can come in and pay off to redeem your item;
2. second, you may renew you loan for another month by paying the renewal fee listed on your ticket. This will hold the item for another month; and
3. third, you may decide to simply let the loan default. If you don’t return, the item is defaulted and sold to recover the money we loaned you.

Unlike a bank or payday lender, this is just fine. Defaulting on a loan won’t effect your credit, here or anywhere else, or your future borrowing ability at all. It is simply a matter of you deciding you wanted to sell the item instead of using it for a loan.

All loans are held in the strictest confidentiality. Your business is just that, yours. Items on pawn are kept in the back, completely out of site. Jewelry loans are held in one of our three TLT rated safes.

Greenbrier Pawn has adopted a policy of granting a 15-day grace period on all loans. We will even hold your items longer if you make the effort to call and let me know when you are coming in to pay. We will work with anyone to retrieve your items. Many people find it hard to believe, but we don’t want your goods. We simply want customers who need a loan and return to retrieve the pledged item.
